Access to the platform is granted to subscribers for the duration of their active subscription plan. All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform and services remain the exclusive property of Jitega India.

2.Demo Accounts

We offer on-demand free demo accounts for prospective users to explore platform features before making a subscription decision.
We strongly recommend every user request and review a demo account to understand the functionalities, usability, and limitations of the platform before subscribing.

Purchase decisions made without using the demo are at the sole discretion of the user.

3.Payments & Billing

Users agree to pay subscription fees according to their selected plans and billing cycles. Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment service providers.

i.Subscription fees are non-refundable, except under qualifying conditions defined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

ii.Users are responsible for maintaining valid and updated payment information.

iii.Subscription plans will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user prior to renewal.

6.Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, trademarks, databases, and technology used within the MakeMyCEO pltatorm are the exclusive property Jitega India and its licensors.

Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to access and use the platform for business management under these Terms.

Unauthorized copying, resale, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the software or any part of the service is strictly prohibited.

7.Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat..
